Logistics and Shipping Policy


In-stock items will be shipped via air freight within 1-4 business days. Delivery to most areas typically takes 5-14 business days, but remote regions may require additional time.
Please note that shipping times are calculated from the date of shipment and do not include holidays or unforeseen delays. We will do our best to ensure timely delivery, but in some cases, shipping times may be extended.
Customers must provide accurate shipping addresses. If the package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address, customers will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.


Returns and Refunds Policy

We have a3-day return policy, which means you may request a return within 3 days of receiving your items.Returns are subject to the following conditions: your items must be in the same condition as when you received them, unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.To initiate a return, you first need to contact us via jinmiint@gmail.com. EDC Toys Return Policy
1. Scope of Application
These terms apply to all EDC Toys purchased on this website (including fidget spinners, fidget sliders, fidget cubes, tactical pens, etc.). Return requests must be submitted within 3 calendar days of receiving the goods (based on the logistics delivery confirmation time; requests submitted after the deadline will be automatically rejected).
2. Definition of Packaging Integrity
"Packaging that meets return requirements" must satisfy all the following conditions:
  • Original factory-sealed film/shrink wrap: May be opened, but the film/shrink wrap itself must remain intact without tears, damage, or loss;
  • Inner sealing requirements: The product’s independent inner sealed bag (the sealed packaging directly covering the toy itself), accessory-specific sealed bags (e.g., spare parts, tool kits), and the sealed envelope containing the instruction manual must remain unopened and in their original factory-sealed state;
  • Product packaging box (including brand logos and model labels) must be free of creases, stains, and sticker residues, and can be folded back to its original shape;
  • The product itself must be free of fingerprints and signs of use (e.g., no scratches on metal parts, no wear on plastic parts, no jamming of moving components during operation).
3. Acceptance Conditions for Returns
Only return requests that meet the following criteria will be processed by our website:
  • Submit the return request via "Order Center - Apply for Return" within 3 calendar days of receiving the goods, and upload clear photos/videos showing "intact (but opened) outer sealed film + unopened inner packaging + logistics waybill";
  • The product fully complies with the "Packaging Integrity" standards specified in Clause 2 of these terms;
  • For returns not due to subjective reasons (e.g., personal preference, wrong size judgment, accidental purchase), you must provide an additional reasonable explanation (e.g., the product does not match the description on the product details page) and bear the round-trip shipping costs; for returns due to subjective reasons, the packaging standards must be met and you must bear all shipping costs.
4. Return Scenarios Not Accepted
Our website reserves the right to reject return requests and will not bear any shipping costs if any of the following circumstances apply:
  • The inner product sealed bags, accessory sealed bags, or sealed instruction manual envelope have been opened;
  • The outer sealed film/shrink wrap is damaged, torn, or lost after opening and cannot be restored;
  • The product packaging box is severely creased or lost, or the product has signs of use, stains, scratches, or other issues that affect secondary sales;
  • You cannot provide proof of "unopened inner packaging + intact outer packaging," or the proof does not match the actual returned product;
  • The return request is submitted more than 3 calendar days after receiving the goods (except for quality issues, for which proof of the problem must be submitted within the time limit first);
  • The product malfunctions due to self-modification or tampering with the inner packaging by the buyer.
5. Special Handling for Quality Issues
If the product has factory defects (e.g., loose parts, functional failure, missing accessories), you must submit "photos of the defective part + video of the unopened inner packaging" within 3 calendar days of receiving the goods. After our quality inspection confirms the issue:
  • We will prioritize providing a "free exchange" service and bear the round-trip shipping costs. For the exchange, the outer sealed film must remain intact (may be opened), and the defective product and all its accessories must be complete;
  • If you request a return instead, only the outer sealed film may be opened (and must remain intact), while the inner packaging must stay unopened. When returning, you must send back the product along with all original accessories (including the packaging box and instruction manual). Once approved, the refund will be completed within 7 business days.
6. Return Process Instructions
  • Eligible buyers must submit the return request and relevant proof within 3 calendar days of receiving the goods;
  • Our website will complete the review within 12 hours (during working hours: 9:00-18:00 on workdays). After approval, the return address will be provided within 1 hour;
  • Buyers must ship the returned product within 2 calendar days of approval (failure to do so will be deemed a waiver of the return request). When shipping, include the order number inside the package and choose a trackable logistics service;
  • Our website will complete quality inspection of the returned product within 24 hours of receipt. If the product meets the requirements, the refund will be processed via the original payment method within 5 business days; if not, we will notify the buyer with photos and return the product, with the buyer bearing the shipping costs.
7. Disclaimer
  • Our website will not be liable for rejected returns caused by the buyer’s failure to protect the inner packaging as required by these terms or delayed submission of the return request;
  • If the returned product is damaged during transportation due to improper packaging (e.g., lost outer sealed film, insufficient protection of inner components), our website has the right to refuse acceptance and return the product, with the buyer bearing the relevant shipping costs and product damage losses;
  • If a buyer intentionally conceals the fact that the inner packaging has been opened and submits false proof, our website will record the account as abnormal and will no longer process return/exchange requests for that account in the future.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your ordered items upon receipt. If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can assess and resolve the issue.
Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of products cannot be returned, such as perishable items (e.g., food, flowers, plants), customized products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (e.g., beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gaseous products. If you have questions or concerns about a specific product, please contact us.Please note that we do not accept returns of promotional products or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the desired product is to return the original item and place a new order separately once the return is accepted.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above provisions, if the product is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel the order or return the product within 14 days for no reason. As stated above, the product must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we receive and inspect your returned product, informing you whether the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or credit card company may also require some time to process and post the refund.If you have not received your refund within 15 business days after we approve the return, please contact us at jinmiint@gmail.com.
